Our Guarantee! You are guaranteed to have at least the number of people signing up under you that you have paid for. If you paid for a 100 Signup Package, you will have at least 100 people signing up under you - GUARANTEED.
The Guarantee however, does not cover signees that do nothing but sign up and little else or people that drop out later on. Just as there is no guarantee that someone spotting your ad and signing up under you will remain in your downline indefinitely or work at building their downline, there is no guarantee that anyone paid to sign under you can be expected to as well. There is also no guarantee these new members will respond to your promotion efforts in an enthusiastic manor. An enthusiastic welcome letter may go a long way in convincing many of the potential of your online business program. Speed of signups! We cannot guarantee or promise you how fast your order
will fill, as it really depends on how appealing our members find your
business program to be! Once your order clears our fraud protection it will take 7 -10 business days for your order to start. This is dependant on how many other customers are promoting the same business. Some businesses are taking up to 120 days to start such as GDI orders! Cancelled Orders! You can stop an order and change it to a different URL if needed, or you can sell your promotion to someone else if you wish. Requests to stop an order and ask for a refund is only available if your order is over 120 days old and you have not received any signups! A chargeback to your credit card or PayPal is in violation of our terms as we spend money promoting your site and have no recourse to recover our expenses! If for any reason we choose to refund your promotion, we will pro-rate your order. In other words, you'll only receive a refund on the amount of signups not delivered. Our stat counter listed in the members area will always be used as the deciding factor in the case of a refund. Aduse Of Our System! We have had cases in the past where some customers will make false claims as to the correct count on their signups. Some have used this in order to collect extra signups for free. As is stated above, out stat count will always be the deciding factor in a signup count dispute! Remember, some may signup and then choose not to stay in your program for one reason or another. You may not see, or have access to those that opt-out of your business on a daily basis, so this may affect your signup count! Site outage! We will not be held responsible for any damage or outages to your site, caused by the traffic, or the actions of our members that visit your site. You must provide your own security to protect yourselves from unwanted access/hacking of your website. We will not be held accountable for server outages/overloads on your website. In the event your site is not accessible for over 3 days its your responsibility to notify us of the outage. Fail to inform us may result in the cancellation of your promotion without the recourse of a refund! Signup count! While we guarantee you'll receive the number of signups ordered, its your responsibility to inform us in the event your promotion has stopped for over 7 days. Your order will be reset to complete your order once you notify us by email. Your Responsibility! Please don't forget to regularly check your order(s) for fake signups. Click "view signups" link next to an order to see the actual data. You may post a complaint if you feel that a signup is fake (e.g. fake name, fake address etc.). Our staff will review your complaint and if we consider a signup fake, it will be cancelled and you will be assigned a new signup. By checking your orders every day you improve your signups quallity. Please note that you only have 6 days to post a complaint since a signup occurs, so we suggest you to check in at least once in 2-3 days. IMPORTANT! Customers are given the ability to check there business for estimated start and completion dates before they place there order using our Business Listing page. Get-Signups.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for customer complaints outside of this estimated time frame. It's your responsibility to check your business before you place your order!
